by everything, pick one area that will help you prioritise yourself. That could be setting aside
time for physical activity, starting a simple morning routine, or scheduling time for rest. By
focusing on just one small change, you can start to build momentum and avoid feeling like
you need to fix everything at once.
For example, if you've marked Physical Health & Energy as a key area, start with 15-minute
daily walks, a quick yoga or Pilates routine, or even stretching each morning. These small
changes add up and will make a big difference over time.
The key is to focus on progress, not perfection. When you take care of yourself first, you're
creating the foundation for long-term, sustainable health and well-being.
Start with one achievable goal, and take it one step at a time. Prioritize YOU, because when
you feel better, everything else will start to fall into place.
